How To Deactivate Your Software
Normally...
- Start the program you want to deactivate.
- Click Help > Deactivate Software...
- Follow the prompts on the screen.
But I have already uninstalled the software...
- Re-install the software (download here if necessary).
- Run the software as the user for whom it is activated.
- Click Help > Deactivate Software...
- Follow the prompts on the screen.
- Uninstall the software again.
The computer on which the software is activated is inaccessible.
- You must contact Kuta Software Support to have the record of this activation removed.
- Email support@kutasoftware.com and include your:
- Name
- Product serial number
- The description you gave the computer
- Explanation of why that computer is inaccessible
